There is an interesting article in Fortune magazine of 9/6/2010 - "Bill Gates' Favorite Teacher". You can have the same tutor as Bill Gates' 11-year-old son.
A Mr. Khan produced 1600 plus videos of tutorial materials mostly for high-school and advanced level studies. They are placed on Youtube - "Khan Academy", and has a lot of followers. Less resourceful students (or the richest guy in USA) can take advantage of this.
